The Bordeaux wine market reclaimed its recovery in 2016 after Five years of declines that cut prices.n The Liv-Ex wine 50, that comprises 10 vintage Bordeaux first-growth wines, climbed 26 percent for the year. The index still remained 25 percent below the peak China-led in 2008-2011. The fine wine market received a significant boost after the U.K. left the EU. Bordeaux has been the main driver for behind the market recovery. Next springs campaign will be the determining factor for the Bordeaux market for 2017.
