France plans to step into the future with a new train design. The new trains will not have human conductors, but rather artificial intelligence will control the Metro. A human, knowledgeable in this technology, will accompany the train in case of any problems. While this new technology may cost a few people their jobs, it will be an increase in efficiency. Testing has not yet been completed on this design and will not involve human passengers until safety is assured.
