France is currently a buyers market meaning clients are more likely to walk away from many properties for reasons that may seem insignificant. Although this is certainly their right, some buyers may risk eliminating a perfect property due to a problem that could be easily fixed. For issues that can not be easily changed such as a dangerous neighborhood or a structural issue with a home, buyers may often have good reason to walk away however some beautiful homes may only need some paint and tidying to become the home of your dreams.
