Gordon Ramsay’s new restaurant in France just opened its doors to the public. It is a stylish brasserie in Bordeaux located in the Intercontinental Bordeaux Le Grand Hotel. The restaurant offers comfort food dishes made with the wonderful produce of southwestern France. Some of the dishes that the restaurant offers are oysters from Arcachon with terrine de foie gras. They also offer a seared tuna with some unique garnishes of avocado, Granny Smith apples, lime and herbs. While the menu is supremely Gallic it also has some side dishes such as onion rings with salsa, and sauce gribiche.
