A number of reasons companies should consider relocating to france after the Brexit vote. France is a major economic power and is located right next to Britain, so moving costs and logistics would be kept to a minimum. France and Britain have always had strong commercial ties and there is no reason to believe theses would not still be in place after the brexit. The french tax code would remain about the same as well.
