After four, long years the Hotel de Crillon is open once again. The grand opening is preceded by several renovations which include the rooms themselves, the courtyards, two new restaurants, and a new swimming pool. Jaques Oudinot, the director of operations, stated that the hotel “embodies Paris” and will be taking steps to have the hotel classified as a “Palace”. With the new renovations and additions, the rooms at Hotel de Crillon will be starting 1,200 euros a night.
