French designer Jacques Grange is known for a contemporary-meets-traditional design aesthetic. He has designed for a number of high-profile clients, including Princess Caroline of Monaco, Bergé, Valentino, and Francis Ford Coppola.
One room design incorporated 19th century Russian carpeting, a 19th century French mantel and mirror, and antique stained glass doors with horned Austrian seating to bring an eclectic, warm, vibrant feel to the space.
Another design incorporated a 17th century slate table, a 19th century tapestry screen, and more modern seating from the 1930’s.
Mr. Grange mixes old and new, famous and obscure, from all over the globe in a masterful marriage.
