Which is Best The Ascension Model or The High Ticket Model?
The high ticket business model is simple, direct and requires only one truly amazing skill. The ascension business model takes time, money, and tech skills...
As an expert business owner, choosing between the Value-added/Ascension model and the high ticket business model requires you to understand where you are in the development of your business.
One requires a 5 step system and no real tech and is ideal for solopreneurs.
The other takes time, money, and tech skills not to mention a sophisticated understanding of your market and the people in it - which will help you grow your business to 7 Figures and beyond - and works best for those who have a small support team.
I'd take the first option over the second every time.
And that option is... The high ticket model.
Let's dig a little deeper.
As an expert business owner, your greatest assets are your understanding of your ideal customer and the problem he/she faces and the ability to communicate in an enlightened way. To do that successfully, all you need is a free account with Facebook, Linkedin, or wherever else the folks you want to talk to hang out.
That's it.
Sounds simple, doesn't it?.
That does not mean to say that it's easy
But it is does mean it is foundational.
If you can make the high ticket model work, you are on your way to a 350k annual income working 20-25 hours a week with virtually no overheads to speak of.
With the knowledge and expertise you have built up getting to that level, you can then decide whether to add the ascension model by also marketing a low-priced offer. This will draw in more clients with the goal of upselling them into your high ticket offer.
It's a neat trick to pull off.
It is not for apprentice marketers.
And it's only for those who want an 8-figure revenue.
So what's that one truly amazing skill, I mentioned earlier?.
It's the ability to write truly amazing posts that call out your ideal client. Talk to them about the problem they are facing. Explain why it happens and point to the solution, before putting all that in context, in such a way that they feel compelled to reach out to you and ask for help.
Perfecting that craft requires a nuanced understanding of who you are talking to coupled with an ability to draw those people into your world.
Here are the 5 steps you have to take to develop that skill and bring in 1 to 2 new high ticket clients every week....
- Position yourself to leverage your skillset to maximum advantage.
- Define your ideal client in minute detail.
- Create an offer they would be mad to refuse.
- Develop an ability to write belief shifting posts.
- Invite folks to come and explore your world.
Those 5 steps just happen to be the ones I guide my clients through in my awesome Digital Business Strategy Workshop. They also happen to be the ones I use in my own business. Implemented in the right order they bring in 3 to 5 pre-sold high quality leads every month.
The thing is this is not for everybody as you would expect.
You have to be an expert coach, consultant or service provider who has a high ticket offer or could have... Meaning a 121 or group coaching program being sold successfully for 3k+ for 60 days.
It is highly likely that you are fed up with all the unproductive time you are spending on pain driven exploratory calls. These are taking too many hours out of your day so you are thinking there must be a better way.
You love to share your expertise by writing illuminating posts that amplify folks understanding of how to overcome the challenge they face. And you are a really good writer.
You realise that investing in your ability to communicate with a very small group of ideal customers is probably the most valuable thing you could do to grow your business.
